Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (the Terms) are an agreement between you and Quantum Field Inc. (the Operator, we, us) governing predictionmarkets.xyz and everything it serves — the Markets Desk, AI Work Desk, Talent Pool, Match Assessment, Terminal, and Trust Layer (together, the Services). Using the Services means you accept the Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (21+ where a linked platform requires it) and able to form a binding contract. The Services are operated from the United States; you are responsible for the legality of your use where you live.
What the Services are — and are not
The Services are an independent informational publication with tools. We compare platforms, verify offers as of stated dates, publish our selection logic, and let you check our work cryptographically.
The Services are not:
- Advice. Nothing here is investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and no attorney–client relationship is formed with anyone through the Site. Content is general information; decisions are yours.
- Intermediation. We are not a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, exchange, or money transmitter. The Terminal composes order tickets and, in live mode, transmits instructions you initiate from your own browser using your own credentials directly to the venue — we never hold funds, keys, or orders.
- An employment agency. The Talent Pool forwards your interest to AI-work platforms and partners under their referral programs. We do not procure employment for a fee charged to you, guarantee placement, or become your employer, agent, or representative.
Event contracts are speculative and you can lose your entire stake. Markets move fast, liquidity varies, and past performance means nothing. Trade only what you can afford to lose — and if it stops feeling like a choice, call or text 1‑800‑GAMBLER.
Third-party platforms and offers
Every platform we cover is independent of us. Their terms govern your account, trading, bonuses, and eligibility. Offer details on the Site carry verification dates and can change or be withdrawn by the platform at any time without notice; confirm terms on the platform before relying on them. We are not responsible for any platform's acts, omissions, solvency, or customer service, and listing a platform is not an endorsement of its suitability for you.
Affiliate compensation
We earn referral commissions and affiliate fees as described in the Affiliate Disclosure, which is part of these Terms. Compensation never changes a bonus you receive and never determines our recommendations — the decision logic is published on the page where it runs.
Talent Pool terms
If you submit an application or quiz profile you represent that it is accurate, yours, and lawful to share, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, and transmit it to prospective partners for the introduction purpose stated in your consent record and no other. You may withdraw at any time by requesting deletion (Privacy Notice §11). We make no promise of engagement, interview, rate, or income; partner platforms decide independently under their own terms, including their referral-attribution and identity-verification rules.
Trust Layer and verification tools
Fingerprints, on-chain anchors, wallet attestations, and the verification console exist so you can audit publication integrity — that a given document existed in a given form at a given time. An anchor proves what we published; it does not certify that any offer remains available or that any platform will perform. Attestations you sign are your statements, made public by design where the interface says so. Verification tools are provided as-is and may rely on third-party infrastructure (e.g., the TzKT indexer) outside our control.
Acceptable use
You will not: misrepresent your identity or submit another person's data; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or profiles; probe, disrupt, or overload the Services; introduce malicious code; use the Services to violate a platform's terms, referral rules, or any law; frame or mirror the Site for a commercial purpose; or attempt to de-anonymize aggregate data. We may suspend or block use that threatens the Services or other users.
Intellectual property
The Services — text, design, data sheets, code, and the compilation — are owned by the Operator or licensed to it, and protected by copyright and other laws. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Quote us with attribution and a link; do not republish substantial portions. Platform names and marks belong to their owners; use here is nominative reference, not affiliation.
Feedback
Ideas you send us about the Services may be used without restriction or compensation — do not send anything you need to keep.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. VERIFICATION DATES DESCRIBE WHEN WE CHECKED — NOT A PROMISE ABOUT TOMORROW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where they apply, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
Indemnification
You will defend and hold the Operator harmless from claims and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your submissions, or your unlawful use of the Services.
Changes; termination
We may modify the Services or these Terms; changes are effective when posted with a new version and fingerprint, and material changes will be conspicuous. Continued use after a change is acceptance. We may suspend or end the Services at any time; sections that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, disputes) survive.
Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflicts rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts sitting in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Each party waives trial by jury to the extent permitted.
General
These Terms plus the Privacy Notice and Affiliate Disclosure are the entire agreement about the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. No waiver is implied from inaction. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a corporate transaction. Notices to us: legal@predictionmarkets.xyz.
