Tezos wallet identity · WebRTC · Waku/libp2p fallback · DAL checkpoints
Privacy-maximal rooms for wallet-whitelisted treasury signers.
Bind a Tezos wallet to a local encrypted device key, open a WebRTC room, exchange encrypted text/files/media, and checkpoint ciphertext bundles to Tezos DAL through a gateway. DAL is used as a public availability rail — never as live chat transport and never for plaintext.

Text events are AES-GCM sealed before transport. Room keys are exchanged only after wallet/device policy checks; WebRTC also applies DTLS/SRTP and optional encoded-frame hooks for SFU relays.
